Tuesday the books went live. All of them. I felt it coming the night before, that particular kind of elation that sits right next to exhaustion, and then I crashed out and slept.

Today I woke up and got back to work. Because that’s the thing nobody tells you about finishing something. You finish it, and then there’s more to do.

What I realized today is that having something for sale and actually telling people about it are two completely different steps. So I spent today making it real in my professional life, updating my LinkedIn profile, and then drafting a post for that world — the version of me that accounts for every penny and doesn’t cut corners. Turns out she made five hand-painted watercolor children’s books, and a compilation. I’m still a little surprised by that.

To everyone who has been reading along here since February, thank you. Not for cheerleading, just for being here without an agenda. Everyone has opinions about what you’re doing right and wrong when you’re building something. Sometimes the most supportive thing anyone can do is just listen.

The books are here!
